Jennifer Dasom Anderson is the co-founder and winemaker of Novella Wines, a small-production project in Virginia. She is also a Private Client Advisor at Berry Bros. & Rudd, where she helps collectors and wine lovers discover and acquire fine wines from around the world.

Her career spans the vineyard, cellar, restaurant floor, and private collection, giving her a multidimensional understanding of how wine is made, communicated, and enjoyed. She began at RdV Vineyards—now Lost Mountain—and later worked two harvests at Linden Vineyards. She went on to serve as Wine & Service Director at Michelin-starred Reverie and as a sommelier at Maxwell Park, St. Anselm, and Bar Spero.

Jen holds the WSET Diploma and is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers. She previously pursued the Master of Wine program and has studied traditional Korean alcohol production at the Susubori Academy.

Born in Seoul and based in Washington, D.C., Jen speaks Korean and Spanish fluently, with conversational Portuguese. Before wine, she worked in international development, advocacy, and political campaigns; today, she also serves as a local elected official in DC.
