Cheron Cowan has worked in high profile restaurants in NYC for 20 years, including Blue Hill NYC and Gramercy Tavern. More recently, she held the position of Beverage Director at Craft Restaurant with James Beard award winning and celebrity chef Tom Colicchio. An advanced sommelier with the Court of Masters, she has helped curate wine menus that have garnered Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence.
She is also the East Coast wine reviewer and a writer at large for Wine Enthusiast magazine.
