Todd Cooper is a wine educator who works in wine and spirits retail and as a special event sommelier. He earned his WSET Level III Certificate with Distinction. As the primary wine educator for Kenilworth Wine & Spirits, Todd enjoys designing classes of various levels to enhance his clients’ understanding of wine from the vine to the glass. He believes every wine is a story: a combination of place, time, nature, and human artistry. Todd’s passion for these stories propels him as a storyteller in wine education. Maryland wine in particular holds a special place for Todd; he began his career turn to wine as a harvest and winery volunteer at several local wineries to learn all aspects of the winemaking process. He has worked as a tasting room associate and also volunteered for the Maryland Wine Experience. Todd remains grateful to the Maryland winemakers who helped him pursue this passion.
