Currently a Ph.D. candidate, Anna Kietzerow has been actively involved in the wine industry for the past 7 years. She started by working at a small estate winery in Michigan and brought her passion for local wine with her when she moved to Virginia. Presently owns Cellar Road LLC and works with the Wine Guild of Charlottesville to write wine offers and notes, develop wine classes, and curate wines for individuals for any time or occasion. She holds a Wine and Spirits Education (WSET) Level 3 award and is working on the WSET Diploma. She recently served as a judge for the Shenandoah Valley Wine Competition, the Monticello Cup Wine Competition, and the Virginia Governor’s Cup.
