Ethan, a native of Montgomery County, Maryland, holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he also gained valuable experience working as a Sommelier. After graduation, he relocated to the Napa Valley to pursue his passion for wine and has since established a successful career in the industry. Currently, Ethan serves as the Prestige Account Specialist for Shafer Vineyards. He is highly credentialed, holding certifications as an Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, a Certified Wine Educator with the Society of Wine Educators, and the WSET3 in Wine certification. When he is not studying, drinking, or teaching wine, Ethan enjoys making wine, fishing, cooking with his fiancée, and going on adventures with his pet Corgi.
