David D. Denton, CWE CSW CSS, is the sommelier at Cut by Wolfgang Puck at the Georgetown Rosewood Hotel in Washington, D. C. He is an Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, a Certified Bordeaux Educator through the L’Ecole du Vin Bordeaux, and holds the Official Sherry Educator title from the Consejo Regulator of Sherry. David has served as the head sommelier for many prestigious global wine events, including the WineFuture conferences, many of the Society of Wine Educator conferences, and the Vinoble Fortified and Dessert Wine Festival in Jerez, Spain.
